Those look pretty good, you could paint the band that is normally clear on our stock lights to match your truck, do away with the reverse light and hook up an aux reverse light. Does that make sense? I think it would look good, it would be really custom, one off...

Ill probably order these tail lights..I was thinking about ordering the clear ones..and painting them with red lens paint to make them look stock like ours. Does anyone also know how these blink? Do they blink like the APC ones?

They are now available for sale at a price of $299. The question now is, should I spend $300 on a set of LED's from a company with shady customer service. Hmmm...

If they were from a reputable company, I would have no problem forking $300 + shipping on those LED’s. I have to think about this one a bit more…

Just an FYI on the benefits of LEDs besides the obvious (being brighter than filament bulbs per given voltage). The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has run studies specifically on the use of LEDs for brake lights. Why? Not because they are brighter. LEDs illuminate far quicker than filament based bulbs. On average, LED brake lights illuminate at least 200ms faster than typical filament brake lights. For a car this means a faster braking distance response time, about a full car length of extra stopping distance at 65mph.

Just some info to ponder…

Damn...If I could only find out if the LED pattern is similar to the APC's. Then I might be interested, but for now I am broke from shelling out cash to buy a quad.
