Does anyone else think the seat lift from LMI welding is expensive? 155 shipped for the seat lift seems a bit much. Anyone else think so?

That's why i put 5 washers, about 1/2 thick under all of my seat brackets. I got enough room under the seat for my Musicmoose box.

Does anyone know of any other company that makes a seat lift for our trucks? also when you lift the bottom of the seat do you have to lift the back of the seat also? I guess im just not sure how the lift actually works...

From the LMI web site :
. This kit is a bolt in installation that raises the bottom of the rear seat and leaves the seat back in the same position as from the factory.
Take a look at the picture, the seat back is in the factory position ( just under the rear window ) and the bottom of the seat is now higher then factory ( compare with the bottom of the seat area to your truck )
