That makes more sense, the light was installed on the truck to show it fits just like the OE lamp.

Actually, the jusnesmodified.com site reads as follows:

This product was added to our catalog on Tuesday 12 September, 2006.
The original poster of this thread made the post on September 10, 2006. This leads me to believe that maybe whoever builds the jusnesmodified.com site used the picture that was taken by the original poster to illustrate what the '07 LT headlights look like. Just my $0.02.....

Well, looks like someone wanted to "borrow" my pics, lol...

I took the pics at my local Ford dealers lot. The truck sat with the odd headlight for at least a month before the dealer finally changed it with the correct one. Come to think of it, that truck is still there.

It was a legit screw up, no doubt about that.

Found this 07 LT on ebay with the lights in question, notice even the grill is a bit different then 06 it has a bar running longways thru the middle of it too.

i know you can get replacment bulbs that are clear, w amber filament. so it appears clear when not lit, but lights up amber for the signal/parking lights. $20 at mossmotors' www.f150store.com
