Definitely feel slippage in there, I also think my left hub will need replacement as the symptoms are similar to yours. Was the clunking extremely loud, and very audible in cab? I am going to remove vacuum to the hubs to engage them and see what happens.

The stock coilovers are definitely smooth but they would bottom out far too easy, did you get any pics of her in action yet? I feel like I need to do something with the front of my truck (grill area), the F150 has some very ugly angles that a better hood, bumper or winch can only fix, or in your case the bullbar. I hate catching the F150 in certain lights or angles, I wonder if you or any others agree with me here. I still am not comfortable with the front crossmember on the Rize but I dug the tire/wheel combo on your old truck a little more. Are whitebody shocks in the rear atm? Where are your pipes ran now? Nice LT handles btw, light is shining right off them...

lastly is my sig coming up as a red-x?
yea your sig has been messed up here lately man.

I dont get what you are saying about the angles on the f150's, I think they look good no matter which way you look at them.

I'm with you on the rize crossmember though. at first I thought it looked like something from transformers. the 8" and the quality of the kit makes it look a little better though, as well as the $2500 price tag.

I dont think he has the white body shocks.

They look great stock, but when lifted there are a few things I've noticed over time. The front bumpers corners are too sharply cutoff, from the direct side the front end looks too plain, the hood is terrible, the front end from the side is also too carlike, very curvy and I'm into the manly blocklike of the SD. Looks like the truck has his hair combed backwards, there definitely needs to be something more on the roof and the sunroof when tilted makes up for that. I hate how the front half of the truck sorta curves backwards...but my mileage might be a result of some of this as well. What can I say I'm picky, but I know someone out there sees what I see.

I didn't do anything to the sig, it goes in and out...a little odd.

I like the boxier look of the superdutys too, but an f150 is all I really need right now. when I got my truck, the 1500 silverados still had the low rise hoods so I went with the f150 because I thought it looked so much more manly I guess you would say.

maybe some fender flares would help give you the look you're looking for?

Im getting around 12 mpg in the city and 13 on the highway.

Josiah, the blocks are 5" tall and these particular KCs are rated at 100w each.

Thanks but on the powder coating idea, Rize will void your warranty.

Would that get better if you put new gears in to account for the 37s?

Any plans on gears or did you not feel a huge difference in acceleration, enough to warrant getting gears?

I said I wasn't going to put this crappy photos in here but just because of all the drooling, I'll do it. Im planning on going some where to take some good pictures soon.

Im going to go with some 4.56s. I've talked to some people who did 4.88s on 37s and they all said that they were too much. I don't plan on going with a bigger tire on this truck, maybe a 38 at most, so I'll be fine with the 4.56s.

Do you think you'll need aftermarket fender flares to prevent mud and dirt from flying up the sides all the time?

For some odd reason those tires and rims don't look like they hardly stick out.

That settle it for me, in two years I'm doing:

8 inch rize
37s
22 inch rims
4.56 gears

I'd do it now but I drive 100+ miles a day for work and the F150 is currently my daily driver...but in two years it won't.

Thanks for all the pics Thump!

Duke

Thumper, this one is even sweeter than your last truck. Very nice! Glad mine's not 4x4 or I would be tempted to drain my savings account and make my truck look like that.
