Sorry to hear about the accident, but I have to laugh at all the DWA comments.
My last accident involved a small Asian lady.

My Tracker bounced into her stopped Lexus SUV after being nailed by a speeding Toyota.
White middle aged guy driving the Toy.
The lady was stopped (10 Freeway was jammed) we stopped behind her and the idiot in the Toy didn't stop...
The lady was so worried about her husband's Lexus being hit she was in tears.
Her very concise and accurate testimony saved us in the big insurance battle.

While this group may not be the best drivers (and thats really not funny - more like really scarey), the group that should be extinguished is the one that lies about fault and is fraudulent.
