This has been on my list for awhile now. I just looked around the local AutoZone's, pepboys, etc for some ideas and didn't find anything worthy. I did get a plunger switch that I plan to use so lights come on when the lid is lifted. I remember a thread awhile back where someone added a light, but couldn't find it. Anyone have suggestions or pics of their consoles with lights? It's damn near impossible to find anything in there at night and sometimes tough on cloudy days.

Thanks ieee_raider, that was the exact thread I couldn't find. Does that light bar shine enough light to the front of the console under the cup holders? Looks here to shine good on big part in the back:


Maybe I need two slightly smaller bars wired together, one like you have and another more towards the front.
