Any idea when these will be available from Ford? I want a set of them!!! I think they look better than the ones that Scheffenacker was (or is) producing for the F150.

My guess its that they will work, but only after you do some wiring.

If you have a moonroof/sunroof etc. it is easy as you can use a coathanger between the headliner and roof to fish the wires out and push them over to the doorpost. If you do not have a moonroof/sunroof I imagine it might be a little difficult to fish the wires out. Took me about a hour to instal..

Those cab lights really are nice.
Are you worried about rust where you added holes uptop? I would like to put those on mine. Is there a kit for it?
Nice job

I bought the lights from autobarn.com There is a rubber gasket between the light and the cab to seal out water. I would imagine that you could buy these at the dealer also.

Update on the new mirrors

The parts man from one of the online Ford Parts outlets and I have been sending emails back and forth for several hours today.

The good news: The mirrors are available.

The bad news: They DO NOT have the turn signal or clearance lights like the Super Duty mirrors. The only light is a "puddle lamp" that shines on the ground when you open the door.

Totally ruined my day!. I was going to order a set. I really like the way they look. I'll bet the next year model will have "optional" signal and marker lights.
