Compared to the previous HD F150, the new ones are a let down IMHO. They threw on some 22's, some interior accessories, and some badges and now we have a HD. The older ones had a sweet two tone paint job and a roots blower. Ford needs to add a blower and do something with the paint to make it stand out. And whats with the exhaust hanging so low, it looks ricey.

Well that's been the evolution of things with the HD. If I remember correctly the first HD's were only available in ext. cab stepsides back in 2000. They were only equipped with the 5.4 n/a. You could get it in any color that you wanted as long as it was black. About the same deal here. Maybe they'll pump it up a little one of these days.

So your saying we've taken a step back in the evolutionary process. Hmmm.

Sucks don't it. Freakin Ford, I love 'em and that's all I've ever drove, but they do some crazy things sometimes.
