Weird electrical issue resolved...

I believe that the problem has been solved with my electrical issues.
If you remember the radio was turning on by itself randomly causing an excessive battery drain, and the door locks were not operating by hand.
Today I discovered a 5A fuse, #7 I believe that is the "radio start" fuse. It was all nasty looking and looked like it was rusting or something. Replaced it and now it all works. Radio turns off when door is opened (ignition off), manual door locks work, and the clock goes off like it is supposed to.
Thanks for all the responses to what could have possibly been causing my troubles.
Now I can install the new Roush blower in a week or two without worrying about any damn electrical problems...

Marc,
Seems like i remember some threads about the ac vent clogging and putting some water in the floorboards (REALLY close to the fuse panel). I would check all the fuses just to be safe and make sure your ac is draining.

Congrats on the blower... is it the intercooled version?

I am going with the non-intercooled. It will be fine for what I am looking for.
Thanks for the tip gobra...
