Oil Leak from around oil Pan?

I was changing my oil this past weekend and noticed oil on all the bolts on the oil pan and on the bar under the bolts. I saw it last time too and wiped it all clean to see if appeared again. I didnt touch anything before looking(didnt empty oil, oil filter). Anyone else seen this? I got a flashlight and it doesnt appear to be coming from above the oil pan. Maybe a leak from the pan itself. The oil level has not been low so it's not significant but I'm a freak about this truck. SHould i drop the pan and replace the seal? Pisses me off cuz my dad has 50K on his and not one oil leak(he's only changed oil 4 times over 50K). I only have 20 K on mine and it has a f'n leak. I already made sure they were all tight; they were guerilla tight. Any ideas?

It's under warranty, why would you do anything. Take it in and let the dealer fix it.

Just curious, have you changed the oil on the truck at all? I know sometimes the oil filter gasket sticks to the bracket when you unscrew the filter. Maybe the old gasket is still on there and leaking? It happened all teh time on my Jeep Grand Wagoneers.

Yeah i've changed it twice since i had it but i always check the old filter to make sure the gasket is on there. It's not leaking from the oil filter either; it's from around the oil pan. I would take it to the dealer but I hate my dealer. They do not honor the factory warranty. I had the 3rd brake light leak and they tried to charge 129 bucks for labor and then I had the shutter and the take off lag and they went on with some Bullsh*t about diagnosing and this and that so I told them to F**# off and that nobdy that i knew was buying a truck from them. Just a POS company. I would have to drive 2 hours to the closest dealership. Sucks b/c the one that i had the problems with is a 3 minute walk from my house.

I just had the same problem, noticed oil drops on my driveway, took it in to
the dealer this morning, said it was the oil pan gasket, the pulled the pan
and put a new gasket in, hopefully its good to go!
