Whats REALLY going on here? Shock Busting

I have the RANCHO 4" Lift on my truck w/the 9000X shocks. For some reason, the drivers side shock keeps leaking all the fluid out of it. I thought maybee the first two times were my fault, by driving too fast on a rocky road with the setting too high. But this last shock, I have done almost no off roading and it still leaked. I have had all the shocks replaced by warranty repair but this is getting rediculous. Before I replace this one, should I look at the possibility of some suspension problems? I called the people who put on the lift and they told me that the lift shouldnt put anything out of alignment. The drivers side is fine.
Also, is there anyway I can replace the rancho shock set up with a different type? I know that would be kind of difficult since rancho is the only company who sells a 4" lift. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
PLEASE!

It there any chance they arent putting the 4" longer shocks on. That would make the shock top out all the time and could cause leaking.
