Introduction.....Florida F150 owner...
Well, actually two F150's in the driveway now. My wife got rid of her 1998 Chevy Cheyenne back in March, when sadly we inherited my Grandpas 2002 F150 SC (with a whopping 14k miles on it). He had taken great care of the truck, and even drove it up to Dearborn, MI for the Ford Centennial celebration. He had made me a Ford man from the time I could walk. Shortly after his death, we got the good news that the wife was pregnant with our first kid, so the truck we inherited was quite a blessing as she was driving a standard cab chevy.
However, we also figured out that my ranger supercab was not the most family friendly vehicle in the world, so we started looking for its replacement in June. We shopped hard, and for whatever reason (idiot) I had settled in my mind to get a Chevy Trailblazer for our next vehicle (without looking at the F150's). LUCKILY, the salesman was a jackazz, the deal didnt work out and we walked. All it took was a test ride (with no intention to buy ) of an 06 SC Lariat to get my wandering mind back on track.
So, we're now an F150 family (with a 1994 mustang GT for play)
2002 F150 XLT SC 4.6
2006 F150 Lariat SC 5.4
