this is your problem.

Condensation doesn't escape and you get mold/mildew.

With most cars they recommend turning Max AC off when you leave the vehicle.

I don't have a problem with my AC smelling, I was saying that I always turn my truck off with the max AC on and I haven't had any problems.

I would and do personally turn the a/c selector **** to off everytime I park the truck, I heard it's best once from one of my buddies that is a triple certified tech for a ford dealer, I have never had any problems with my a/c ever.
