I'm having sunroof problems. Anyone else?

Well The sunroof got the motor replace shortly after I bought the truck new. They still had to make some adjustment after I picked up the truck the rubber around the glass was rubbing the opening. The headliner rattled a lot so they put shims it while it was there.
Now the truck is almost 6months old and while I was driving home with the sunroof fully opened I noticed The whole headliner vibrates at highway speeds from the air coming in. When I got home today it wouldn't shut. I rushed it to the dealer because it's going to rain tonight.

My last F150 had sunroof problems. I should have learned from that. I don't know what else to say about this except that I won't be buying another Ford with one. And that really sucks.

Anyone else having smiler problems?

The only problem I had was the headliner rattled and haven't had a problem since that was fixed. I have had the truck for over a year and a half and that is the only problem that I have had. Sorry about your luck and hope you get it fixed.

Same for me, the only problem I have had was the loose headliner, and even though they shimmed it, it still shakes and rattles. Other than that, no problem, and I absolutely love the sunroof option.

update

Udate,
I just pick up my truck from the dealer and this is to funny. The last time they worked on it they hired a sub contractor to fix it. They messed it up pretty good. Well now they have to replace the entire sunroof assembly and headliner because the sub butchered it when they replaced the motor and shimmed the headliner. They have to order parts and should have it fixed late next week.
You know I have a bonneville my wife drives and it has +200k. No problems with that one. To me a sunroof is no different than a power window. I enjoy having them. But Ford just doesn't know how to make a good one. This one will be my last from them.
