Have you been to the scale?

I took my 05 Lariat crew 4X4 to the weight scale and this thing weighs 6000#'s what a fatass!

Yeah, but on the upside, back in Dec. 04 I had a Camry pull in front of me while I was doing about 40+ mph. Impact was between his front fender and drivers door. I am still driving my F-150, his Camry is in the local salvage yard being sold for parts. I was glad to be in my fatass F-150 that day.

My 04 FX4 SCAB 6.5' bed (empty) with me and a full (27 gal.) tank of gas weighed 6010 lbs.

I haven't weighed mine, but I'm sure it comes in over 6000 lbs since I have the 6.5 foot bed SuperCrew. It definitely isn't light.

6450 at the dump last week, some of that was the load & some was my @ss.

I think 6K is about right.

we can measure it without the weight scale. all you need are as follows:
1. your truck
2. 3 pcs. of paper
3. a piece of ruler
4. pencil
5. calculator (optional, if your good on multiplication)
6. tire preassure guage
7. ice cold beer in can (bottle if non)

What's the wieght difference between the 2wd and 4wd? I have a screw 2wd with the 5.5 and I am trying to get a rough idea of weight, you think around 5900?
