I think they're full of it. They're using the word "to the street" as if it was to the ground (rwhp/rwtq). I would believe it if those were flywheel numbers for the roush kit. Kinda lame they put it in context like that.

445 to the ground as a daily driver, wont happen with our blocks, trans or rear end in addition to the fact that over 13 pounds of boost would be needed to come close in terms of rwhp with the roots sc

It looks like an OEM 06 Ford bumper /w fog lights.
