This went way over my head in about 2 replies. Bry, you have to show me your system, My virgin ears have never heard a decent sound system in a car and frankly, don't believe in one so maybe you can change that. Every home theatre system has outperformed any car audio system I've ever heard, and I hate car rattling bass.

Not to sound conceited but the Ford Audiophile system with 8" sub has been the greatest sounding system in a truck I've ever heard (just not loud enough sometimes, bass is perfect, speakers are clear). About your home theatre, I'm easily impressed and can't wait to own my own home. A dedicated theatre room like this will be a must, hopefully I can wing it and build one myself (need to hang out with a carpenter). Show us some pics of your setup bryan. And if you're as made of money as I think you are, you should throw a drop down Plasma in the bed of your truck suspended from a tonneau, would be fantastic at the lake (drive your truck back, watch a movie @ night while swimming)

My HT:
Mits 55413 (calibrated)
Denon 3910 (and a 3805 when not powering up the Halos)
Parasound Halo C1
Parasound Halo A52
Paradigm Studio 60's
Paradigm CC470
Paradigm Studio 20's
(2) SVS PB10-ISD's
I won't buy a plasma until I can afford a 60" +. Told you I'm not made of money. lol
I don't have a dedicated HT room...yet. In the new house I will!
