body lifts should be ur last option, i would get a 6 inch fabtech kit, use ur spacer, get a add a leaf and put some 37's on.

a body lift and spacer, u could get a 37x12.50,

I've never lifted a truck, so this may be an ignorant question, but why is a body lift "the last option"? With all of the drivetrain angle problems I read about from suspension lifts, and the fact that the lift brackets attached to the IFS front ends hang down just about as far as the original suspension did, why not put the body lift on to get the ability to put big tires on, which is what really raises the front end anyway? I saw my first body-lifted new-style F-150 the other day and saw nothing wrong with it.

There is nothing wrong with a properly designed body lift, like the Performance Accessories kits. Body lifts gained a bad reputation from people trying to make them out of hockey pucks, metal tubing and even wooden blocks.

People think body lifts are not well designed and dont add any flex. Well if you dont need added flex there is nothing wrong with a body lift. They will allow you to add bigger tires just like a suspension lift. I had one on my last truck no problems. And im considering adding one to my new truck.

seeing frame rails is easily fixable with gap guards
and the exhaust is fixable too.

Cheaper cause the parts arent as expensive.

I have yet to hear of ANY problems resulting from the new generation of body lifts.

someone on here has a 3'' body lift with 35's and it looks amazing. it'll be on my mod list for sure. it's a nice alternative to saving thousands for a suspension lift when most of us don't go off road too much anyway.

Yea, the parts are $330 but if you arent as brave as Jangeloni you will be paying around $500 for proffesional installation. Thats almost as much as the starter line of suspension lifts. Why not save up for either the Procomp or Fabtech spacer kit?

If you are not brave enough to do a body lift you sure not going to try a sup. lift, and they cost even more to install!

Suspension IMO is wayyy easier to do than a bodylift! I have put my suspension on and I would NEVER try to put a body lift on!
