High Miles?

I have an 04 Lariat 5.4 and with right around 80K miles. I've done a lot of highway driving but I want to stay up on maintenance so I that I can get the most miles out of her. Who has a lot of miles and what maintenance have you done?

Texas is a large state and when we know of a good place to grab some bbq we don't mind driving a couple hundered miles to get it.

Spent a couple of days driving from Dallas to Llano to get bbq while doing a "business meeting with my peers."

Generally I just follow what Ford recommends. However I'm sure the spark plug debate will be brought up sooner or later with arguments for changing them before and when Ford recommends.

The owner of the concrete company that does all of our work has a twinto my truck (atleast iin stock form), and he told me that he has 90,000 miles on it. He said that he has only had it into the dealership twice for work, other wise just change the oil and put tires on it!
