Does anybody have a crazy thump or suddering with level 3 with cruise control on. when I was on the highway about 78-80 with cruise control, I hit the coast to about 70-83 and when I released the coast button, some crazy shuddering was felt for about a second and goes away. Is that bad for my tranny?

 

That in which you are refering to is the famous 4th gear shudder. Welcome to the club.

 

Nothing new same ole shudder.

 

I've never had the shudder, but I haven't run level 3 in 3 or 4 months.

 

Boy I feel left out because I have yet to feal the shudder that every one talks about....................and I can't get away from level 3. Its to addictive........................maybe I have an addiction problem...................

 

I'll be honest. On level 2 with my WOT set at 1.5, timing +2.5 and rev limits raised to 5600/5600/5400 I can't really feel a difference other than the shuddering. I just figured if I buy something that offers 3 options then I should be able to use all 3.

I don't mind beta testing things because I have a 100 times more enjoyable daily driver. I reget my F150 purchase a little more every day and wish I would have gone with a new S2000.

 

Are you talking about that cute little girls car made by Honda, or is the S2000 a tuner of some type?

Somehow I have a hard time comparing the S2000 to an F150..??

Either way - anyone know when the beta upgrades aren't beta anymore?

Ive been on the phone with Edge and the Beta test will be for a few more weeks before a new update comes out. They said the beta test has been doing really good. There head tech has been on vacation.

 

did they say what the upgrade will entail ?
