Thumbs up

Another possible option.

I don't own one, but I like the ability to use it for both camping, and protecting cargo while driving.

I got a Sportz Truck Tent III for a weekend camping trip I went on a few weeks ago and I'm very pleased. Setup was quick and easy, as was break down. Plenty of room inside and it comes with soft covers for the straps to reduce the chance of scratching. Good stuff!

I'm thinking of getting a new air mattress to fill up the bed better, possible this one... http://www.autoanything.com/truck-te...A3673A0A0.aspx

But it's kinda pricey. I think I could get away with the Weekender Series even though I have a spray on liner. The mattress would be in the tent anyways.

anyone know of any tents that would work with the 6.5 bed with a toolbox still in? guess that makes the bed roughly 5 foot?

Just get a good quality tent and leave the truck separate from the sleeping place, unless you are concerned about critters or something...

For the same kind of room, with much better weather adjustability, you might give some serious consideration to something like the Sierra Designs Sirius 3.
