Dang, I am getting nervous about getting the e clip off the lock. I have read on here that you can use a mangatized leather awl. Then another said to use tons of tape around the handle. Is it possible to fly anyone out here to install them for me? haha.

Dude you will be OK. Im not Mr ASE Certified by any means and I did the swap especially when I asked my local Ford dealer the price to install and they told me they never did it before and and would be like 60-80 clams.
Screw that I say and I went for it. The best advice with the driver side and take a good look at its layout inside since you well be doing some twisting and turning in there especially with the door lock crap. I just sure to put it back the best way possible and make sure it looked the same as when I started. Just do it girly man (im kidding)
Good luck.

Its a lincoln paint code. The ford paint code for black is VA.

Trust me bro the install is very very easy. Just use the install guide that I posted which there is a link to in this thread and away you go. The clip on the lock is a thin metal thing that a 4 year old could pull off. You can do it I promise.

sweet, Ken from fordparts.com emailed me the prices and we can get the two front doors and the tailgate for 120! Stoked I am gonna order them tomarrow. Before I order shouldnt the dirvers door handle be more than the passengers side? The two front handles are the same price.

Ya it should be like $89 bucks if it comes with the keypad. It might just have the cutout and you'll have to use your old keypad. Make sure you get that ironed out before you order and you'll be good to go.

Looks right to me. I think the part number you have there is for the handle with the hole in it so you'll have to reuse your old keypad.
