ok well soo it happened again! (see other thread for details https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=242858) and this time it threw a code! so now i have to go to the dealer tommorrow! does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? the truck is running fine as far as i can tell.

no i dont, im about to take it up to the dealer now so hopefully they take care of it!

 

well got bac from the dealer, and everything is all better now, they took it in and they reflashed the PCM, aparently there was some update? but its all good now and i can definitly feel a difference runs alot smoother!!!!

 

Be glad it threw a code! Since i have owned my 2004 it never would idle right, i took it in over and over only for them to tell me there was no problem or you have "bad gas". Finally about 2-3 weeks ago it ran so bad it FINALLY threw a code...result: a new throttle body, and what a difference including a big jump in gas mileage!
