Ok, time to give my 2 cents.

The nitty gritty is:
Fab Tech gives you a nicer subframe AND Rack and pinion relocation brackets, not sure if Procomp does, I know Rancho does NOT.

Also, Fab Tech asks you to Balance Front Drive shaft after you make some minor changes AND comes with a Rear Driveshaft Spacer which I would highly recommend.

Those are the most important differences I can think of...

I haven't had 1 problem with my ProComp lift. It rides good, and it holds up to my abuse thatI throw it! i couldn't ask for more from a mass-produced lift kit! i will be adding coil-over here in the near future though.

procomp

I have the procomp and I tested my truck in a quarry back in indiana. It did really good, flex was good and the skid plate was usefull slam on a rock... so from my own experience and off-road, procomp is good. I would be curious to know how many people running fabtech actually took their truck out off-road or rock crawling. Unless you test it, it is hard to tell which one is the best.

i offroad my fabtech kit hard.. and its held up better than my buddies procomp lift.. Im not trying to start anything here, but him and i go out to the desert (glamis) and offroad our trucks hard (jump them). His crossmember is slightly tweeked now due to the abuse. Mine has held up fine.. Im not saying the fabtech is stronger, it may have been he hit harder in one situation.

But im just trying to say i've "tested" it and i can say the fabtech is strong..

Everything has gone fine other than his coilover problem which hes the first I've heard of the problem, other than that nothing has technically broken and he offroads his truck hard.

Na not necessarily higher... But came off the lip the wrong way kicking the rear end of his truck up in the air...

So basically he nose dived into ground.. (front wheels taking all the impact).

Whereas i landed more level, so less impact on the truck crossmemeber...
