I have seen two of these F150 trucks within the past week... but can't find anything about them... Do the trucks come with this package from the factory? Has color painted mirrors, at least 20" rims, chrome grille, ect. Anyone know anything?

 

Probably a dealer option truck. My dealer has a few trucks like that with different names like that.

 

A few weeks ago I saw an F-250 with the platinum package. It had the badges and a two tone silver paint that faded from dark to light. Very cool looking but I haven't seen an F-150 with that package yet. I agree with the previous poster though it's probably a dealer option.

 

Thats awesome they're coming to the F-150. They started from a dealer out of Texas on F-250's only...until now, I was going to buy a used one from Cali. It was an F-250 and they were only on the year 2001's, I was extremely close to buying that instead of this, but the F-250 wasn't haggling very well. Anyways, I hope they only do this for one year like they did before, made it very unique. Get a pic of the F-150 for me, I'd love to see that.

 

Josiah, I got a pic, on my camera phone, but U can't see the painted mirrors or any detail since it was driving away!! I wish I had one for ya!

 

My buddies has a platinum series F150. There is really no difference on the outside but the inside has two tone leather trimmed seats with "platinum series" on the seats. My lariat puts it to shame!

 

i have heard about these...never seen one......are they anything like the chrome edition f-150?

 

I just saw one of these in WI. Loved the look of it, and now I try to find info on it, there is nothing. Wish I knew that before as I would have asked the guy more about where he got it!
