It would be nice to have a group buy on some E-fans. I called TP and asked about it but I dont think they were all about it

Most likely once I confirm that everything fits, I'll just post dimensioned prints of the parts I created to make the fan shroud, and let anyone interested pick their own fans and controller for the package. Not that I wouldn't want to help out others by selling a complete package, but there's way too much liability involved.

That's probably what makes the pre-packaged setups available so expensive. It's not the parts, but the built in CYA surcharge just in case something goes wrong.

BTW - For those who have the TP setup - Who is the fan manufacturer?

Talking

i finally got mine installed as well. i didnt like the kit deal so i built my whole set up. im using two flexalite 398 syclone fans and a dc controller. 2500 cfm each. and the controller is a variable voltage controller. i didnt like the fans being suspended from the fins so i built some brackets. i also have a switch to cut out the a/c signal when on the freeway. www.dccontrol.com is the controller i have. i will take some pics tomorrow.
