I just looked up on the autozone website at the Gatorback for my application.

Here's the link.

On their website it's #4061025. I'm picking one up tomorrow.

well crap then- i need to take my #4061025 [per the goodyear packaging] off that i've had on for over 14k problem free miles now!! (don't mind the sarcasm)

the 4061025 has an effective length of 102.5"
the 4061015 has an effective length of 101.5"

looks like the 2004 F150's run the 101.5, the 2005+ runs the 102.5

BalogUK, you must be right, meh, you are right.

I just put mine on in like 5 minutes, the gatorback belt #4061025. Cake. I am hoping I have no more Edge belt squeak.

The gatorback belt made a world of difference.....and it took no more than 5-10 minutes to replace...easy as cake...and I'm not a seasoned mechanic.

Hmm... Now I am wondering. I have an '06 and Troyer sent me the 4061020. When I looked at the Goodyear site, it said 4061025.

Do you guys think it will make a difference? I know it's only a 1/2 inch difference and I think the tensioner should make that up. What do you guys think?

I've had my Gatorback on for about 10000 miles still good, and still no WOT "Squeaks"

Ugh. I read this thread to determine if the belt troyer sent me is correct. Now I am more confused. Sizes are all over the place here.
Is 4061020 going to work for an 05 5.4 with AC?
Damn. I thought this would be simple.

I know, right? From this thread I've seen people recommend these two. So I'm assuming either will work.

4061020
4061025

the working lengths of those are 102.0" and 102.5" the 406102 will probably work- maybe a little bit tighter. wouldn't worry bout it.
