Airaid Jr, Any Drone?

I have the full Airaid Intake and do a lot of highway driving. The drone around 2000 RPM is terrible, I love the Airaid but can't handle the noise. Anyone with the Airaid Jr experience drone? Thanks

Only hear mine at WOT and its still nothing compared to a Full Intake. Honestly...my exhaust is a fairly quiet one and it drowns out the noise of the intake anyways.

Same here. About the only time I hear it is when I'm at WOT and even then I can only barely hear it. The Magnaflow does a pretty good job of drowning it out.

I started out with an Airaid CAI and it definately has a drone at about 1800-2000 rpm range. Then got the xcal2 custom tune and no more 2000 rpm drone. Only had this drone sound on the factory tune though. Just a suggestion, instead of spending $$ on yet another intake, put the $$ towards a tuner !

Thanks for the replies! I had a Superchip 1714 and the Airaid Intake with no drone problems. I recently upgraded to the Edge Programmer and the drone is so bad you can't have a conversation on the highway. Already ordered the Airaid Jr
