I got mine from the dealership. I believe the part number was 6L3Z9030AA.

Edit:
This thread has some other places where you can get one and the part numbers:

you have a antisiphin thing in your tank. so the only way someone is going to take your gas is by punching a hole in your tank. but if you want a gas cap then try stants 10510 or 11510 is the numbers for it. about 10 bucks is the price tag

Unfortunately I remember seeing an article on the news in the last few days about stealing gas from vehicles. The bad part was when the thief found a locking gas cap they were punching a hole in the fuel tank to get the gas. The point for thought of the story was: the cost of the gas is small compared to the cost of the new fuel tank. Seems you can't win either way with fricking thieves. (gas thieves should be shot on sight anyway).

I'd thought about getting one but since in the end a locking cap does two things:

1. Keeps honest people honest.
2. Prevents someone from adding junk to my tank as a vandal.

I'm not worried about #1 and #2 isn't likely.

I got one back during the Katrina crisis. My big reasoning was it should hopefully keep thieves from going any further than opening the fuel door, and it keeps rascals from putting stuff in there. It was $15, and gives me some piece of mind. I'd recommend it.

Just to repeat what's been said a bunch of times.............

The locking cap is to keep stuff out of the tank, not to prevent gas theft.

These truck are anti-siphon, so a locking cap won't help for that, and it isn't needed.

If you think you can siphon gas from one of these trucks...............try it.

Next time you need gas for your mower, go ahead and try to siphon.
