Can this truck be found?

I've been looking online at ford.com thru the inventories and calling dealerships around my area looking for a '06 XL scab 4x2 w/ an 8' bed.

Do I need to look into ordering one or should I continue to look around?

Thx

All the experience ive had with dealers and the online searching, is that it pretty much sucks. If you are looking for something that specific go to your dealer and ask. THey should be able to talk to the fellow dealers and they will tell you if you have to order or if its at a nearby dealer...

Talk to a dealership like the guy before myself mentioned. They are usually eager to help and should help you look. Many dealerships use listings on ebay and cars.com, I bought my truck from cars.com. Took me about 4-5 months to finally find exactly what I wanted but I did, I was very picky however. A lot pickier than you posted above.

You want to choose between red, two white, or two gray?

Woodhouse Ford, Blair Nebraska. Biggest Ford truck dealer inthe world, and they deliver to 50 states.

Note: I am in no way affiliated with Woodhouse, and think their service department sucks. However, they got all the trucks you could ever want to find.

They are out there but that is a rare combo for a truck. If you pull some zipcodes from surrounding cities,i.e.Youngstown,Akron,etcand plug them into the Ford website you should be able to find some truck on dealers lots. Otherwise, go to you local dealer and they can pul a 500 mile radius of dealers and pull them for you and they can do a dealer trade.
