I'm in the market for a 2006 F-150 4x2 regular cab with the 5.4L in dark shadow grey. I wish I could just special order one, but I've been told its to late to order an 06. So can anyone help me out? The less options the better. I'm in North Alabama, and would like to find one within 300 miles, but I was told by a dealer that he could only find one, and it had to many options on it. Would like to find one that has a MSRP under $28,000. Thanks in advance.

 

Just keep on searching dealer inventory from the Ford website. I was able to get my 2006 Lariat Scab 4x2 with moonroof, leather, audiophile, drop in liner, the works for $27k even before T&T. Research saves money

 

FYI -- I placed the order for my '05 F-150 on May 25th. Are you sure you still can't place a custom order?

 

I was told by two seperate dealers that it was to late. A third said he would look into it, but hasnt gotten back to me. Any Ford salesmen on here?

 

where are you located?i,m in huntsville and the local dealer woody anderson ford has a ton of trucks and they have a website.if any are regular cab in dark shadow grey i don't know,haven't looked in awhile.i got my o5 supercab there.it just happens to be dark shadow grey.

 

Yes. And I am not sure whether or not you can order a truck now. I think it's '07s only from here on out.

 

Hey Todd. Just so happens I am in Huntsville, and unfortunately Woody Anderson does not have any 5.4L regular cabs in any color. The only dealer within 75 miles of us that does is Alexander Ford, and they want over invoice. Just not ready to pay that much, not to mention the fact they dont have DSG. I may just wait till the end of the year when the rebates are at their highest and get a super cab. Just not sure if one will fit in the garage or not. And if I have to go the super cab route I may take a look at the Titan. Yes, I know. The curse'd T word.

 

Do u know if DSG will be available in 07?
