Come on guys, I still need advice. I installed the 'transmission only' program late yesterday. But, Im kind of hesitant. Im thinking about switching it back stock, but I don't know. .

Honestly, I would wait until you've settled her into a few thousand miles. There's no hard science behind it... I just feel that it's a little safer and it is what I would do in your situation.

Guess I'm not as conservative as you guys. I did have to wait for my xcal2 to be reprogrammed for my 06 ( Troyer Stage I package setup ) so I loaded a 93 octane perf tune at just 1100 miles. Did the intake at 70 miles and exhaust at 130 miles.

I disagree with waiting. Years ago, the break-in was just to seat the valves, rings, gaskets, mains, and others. Now, I don't think that a break-in period is needed with the better parts/castings. I say just load-n-go.

I already have a 1,000 and its only on the 'transmission only' program.
