Massive Driveline Clunk

So, as the title says i have a massive clunk. At any speed above 40, if i let off the gas and then reapply it a huge clunk goes through the entire car. Its like there is excessive play in my driveshaft, but when i get under the car there is no movement in the driveshaft. Letting off the gas on the interstate literally rocks the car, it cant be good.

The driveshaft slip yoke probably needs to be inspected/lubed/replaced. There's a TSB addressing this, but I forgot the number and honestly I'm feeling pretty lazy right now to look it up. It's been mentioned in this forum before, search using driveshaft or slip yoke as your criteria, and it should pop up.

My truck does it pretty badly from time to time too. Usually it does it worst in the winter when it's cold. Run it up to about 40 mph, roll off the throttle and let it coast for a couple seconds, then roll back onto the throttle pretty hard and WHAM! Feels like the truck got rearended. Just another thing on my list of stuff to fix.
