I can't tell from their website if the mx336 has an x-pipe builtin. It doesn't look like it from the pic they have. It looks like the pipes only extend a little bit into the muffler. Plus the pipes are louvered....is that true on the mx336? I emailed flopro but haven't gotten anything back yet.
Yeah, I had the same question when I was purchasing the muffler.

I called there tech department and the gentleman Don who I spoke too, told me the way they designed there muffler that there was absolutely no need for a x-pipe.

I never looked really to see if it was louvered. I never new pipes could or would want to be louvered?
