Just wanted to chime in. I removed the rear blocks last night, and my '06 is EXACTLY level now (measuring from the top of the fender well front/rear), which is odd as I've seen quite q few '04 guys say they're still slightly higher in the rear.... FWIW.

Yes but I have an adjustable 2" drop shackle (2 holes). If I use the lower hole maybe about an 1" drop since right now using the top one got me 1.5"
I will just see how it looks after the block is removed and bottom drop shackly hole. If its to much then i will slap the stock shackles back on and be happy until I get my 2/4 drop kit. Thanks for checking it out for me though

Ok, get this, I put a tapemeasure to it and from the top of the fender to the ground, its sitting 3/64" lower in the rear. It was a on a slight incline so there is some wieght shift. Looking at the top of the tire to the top of the fender it looks perfectly level depending on the elevation but I didn't put a tapemeasure to it. Honestly the bottom line is to the human eye, the truck looks completely leveled out with just the removal of the rear blocks.

I removed my rear block on my 05 scab, and I also took out half of my daystar 2.5" spacer (I removed the part that goes on top of the strut) and afterwards my truck measures exactly level from front to back when measuring from wheelwell to top of tire. See gallery for pics, although the truck isn't sitting exactly level in my yard, it is flexed slightly giving the appearance that the rear is lower than the front.

Mine is an 04' w/ the blocks removed and on a slight uphill from the ground to the fender lip moulding it measured 3/64" LOWER in the rear. Where are you reading that others have a 1 to 1.5" rake (with the rear being higher) after the blocks are removed? I'm guessing others were too lazy like I was to get the tape measure out.. dunno.

Pulled my spacers a few days ago and now my rear is about 1.5 inches higher than the front.

With the spacers, the stock ride height in the rear was almost 4 inches higher than the front. I like it much better without the blocks.

I thought I wasn't measuring accurately when I measured mine to be near 4 inches but then I decided it made sense since 4x2s usually have ~2" difference so a 4x4 with 2" blocks would have a ~4" difference. Then I read all of the people here who removed the blocks and said it was level or near and I was confused again.

4x4's sit higher in the front stock than a 4x2. This is why a stock 4x4 and a stock 4x2 have a horrible rake, and when you take the 2" out of the rear of a 4x4 you get 4x2 stock height in the rear but 4x4 stock height in the front, which is almost perfectly level.
