i am going to attempt this mod when i get my bedrug in a week or so......but im not very handy with electrical thigns....ive only installed my interior LEDS and my PIE adaptor ahha.

and that was easy cause the power wires were right there to tap into.

josiah do you have a write up of this mod?

How did you run the wire from the battery to the bed? I'm sure its not hard, I havent really looked at mine, but I would just like to know if there is an easy way or a way that would hide/protect the wire from the elements. I am planning on putting a 12volt plug back there some where and lights of some sort.

Life would be alot simpler if ford would have just put a 12volt plug back there to start with, the Sport Trac gets one we should to. lol
