fabtech hitting lower a-arm

Exclamation fabtech hitting lower a-arm

anyone else notice it? the metal arm that comes off the spindle is ramming the lower a-arm at full stop left and right and its making a dent in the alum. a-arm. normal?
yeah I know, I'll get pics tonite...

That's a very common problem, I think mainly with the guys (like myself) with some type of spacer installed. However, I remember there being several others that were completely stock experiencing the same thing. There is another thread on here somewhere with a bunch of pics... search away!

Do you mean that is is hitting the bump stop and wearing it down... If so, that is normal.. I try to not turn the wheel at full lock, unless it is completely necessary to do so...

all it is, is a steering limiting feature. all the suspension kits have them. it limits your turning radius so your bigger tires wont rub on the frame when you make a full cranked turn.

Yeah i have the same problem, the stops on the steering nuckles are hitting the lower control arm, but not in the factory spots.

yep its normal. that is how the kit was designed to work..
