Left the dealer with no fuel? Damn, I was able to get the dealer to fill me up 3 times! (37 gal tank) Nice truck though.

Yeah, it was a lease company delivery, I think they only make a $100 - $150 to prep and deliver. Actually, I expected the tank to be low but I didn't expect the tank to read empty. It had about 3 gal in it.

My wife was amazed when I told her how I was able to get my truck. I went to the dealership with no money, no ID and no wallet, wasn't even able to prove that the truck I was trading in was even mine. When the salesman asked for my license and I said I didn't have it, but would go home and get it he said nevermind just bring it in the next day. I think he was afraid if I walked out that I wouldn't have come back.

I drove off the lot with the low fuel light on as well because I took delivery so late at night, but I went back the next day and they filled it up for me. Did a lousy job at trying to wash it as well, but I really only was interested in the free tank of gas anyways.

I made it myself with all the parts coming from Home Depot. It has angular adjustability. It's mountes to a plate that comes off the front left passenger seat bolt.
