Bumper replacement with fogs

A couple of months ago somebody backed into my truck and left.. I have an 05 XLT w/out fogs and a $500 deductible.. I got a qoute from the dealer to fix my truck and it listed:

Bumper replacement
License bracket
Valance panel 4wd
Tow hook
Flex additive

Total of $932 for install and painting...Im pretty good on working on vehicles except I would have to get the valance prepped and painted. So I would like to order the parts from fordparts.com and not claim this.. BUT I would like to switch over to fog lamps.. Could someone tell me part #s and what is needed to do this? I know I need bumper w/ fogs, fog lamps, brackets, wire harness? a new switch in the dash? a fuse? What is the flex additive? Also can I do this with a 06 bumper with round fogs? I know FX4&Excursion has done this from a 05 to 06 but I believe he already had the wiring and switch for fogs? Also any write ups would be appreciated too

Thanks
Chris

Use the search function... there's quite a few threads that have been done on this with complete lists of part numbers.

As far as I know, there isn't a separate wiring harness for fogs that can be purchased. If your truck is already wired for them (check underneath the truck by the front bumper), you're good to go, if not, you'll have to wire them yourself.

If you go with the '06 bumper, you'll need new bumper brackets, etc as well, they changed them for '06.
