Just for FYI, I drive an 05 F150 XL w/5.4, 4x4 for a work truck. I have noticed twice in the last week a mild shutter at about 45-50 mph when light on the throttle. Being a work truck and as I would be beaten about the ears if I did so, the truck has no mods. My supercrew in level 2 does not do it. I am thinking that something in the level 2 tune actually fixes an exsisting problem. The level 3, being a different tune causes the shudder to manifest itself to a bigger problem.

The problem hasn't gone away.

 

I'm seeing this problem and wanted to know something. Is it just the 5.4l guys having the problem. If so has anyone encountered this with a 4.6l. All this has me wondering, because I'm planning on getting the edge. Also has anyone heard from Edge on a fix for this problem?

 

I don't want anyone to be scared away from Edge but, I haven't had any problems with my Edge. I need to load it on my 06' but I'll let you guys know how that goes!

 

I run level 3 on my '06 5.4L all the time. I have had the Edge for about a month and have not run into this problem...

 

So has anyone heard from Edge about a fix....I certainly have not! I have been ignored. I'm really starting to get pissed. All I am asking for is to have something work...... that's what I paid for. IS THAT TO MUCH TO ASK EDGE?

 

I have an '04 5.4L and I've been running Edge level 3 on it for bout 2 weeks and not one problem. I love the power it gives!!
