I took off my FX4 18s, sold them, and went back to 17s. The truck rides better and gets a little more torque to the road for towing our travel trailer. I like the 17s so well that I bought a second set off ebay for winter wheels.

mine came with 17's and I stuck with 17's I like more tire than wheel if I had 37 inch tires or bigger I would go 18's and yeah more side wall really helps the ride

I had the 18" rims on my Lariat. I just replaced them with 17" Moto Metal
951's and BFG AT 35's.

I have the 6" Pro Comp Lift. I have no rubbing issues with 35's and the lift. The front seems to be the tightest fit but it still clears.Haven't taken off road yet. That may be this weekend!!!

The truck rides so much smoother over bumps in the road. I Love it!

Keith, can you do me a favor? Get a tape measure, measure from the ground to the center of your bumper in the front and rear and just take a picture.
