In trying to keep the same general diameter, what would be the widest tires for these rims without having to worry about rubbing? What series/sidewall do you experienced guys recommend?

I've been told by a tire shop that I would want to go with a 275/55-20 and a 275/45-22.

What do you guys think?

E
I have 275-55-20's on my truck they are 31.8" tall

Just a 285-50-20 is 31.2" tall

Thanks for the info. Now I know what size I'm gonna replace my 275-55-20's with when they wear out.It may be a while,my truck and tires only have 560 miles on them.

ive got pics of mine, which are 305/45/22s with no rubbing and 2/5 ground force lowering kit. The ride is fine, though i would have went with twenties and more tires if i could do it over.

I have 275/60/20s on mine.. had 55's on it but felt the ride was too harsh.

I took a series of photos when I did my shackle install -- if you're interested in seeing them, drop me an e-mail and I'll pass them along.

Please send to me also. Thanks!!

Great looking truck there! Any problems with fitment on those 305s?

Thanks
It may rub a litle but just because I once saw a mark in the chasis where the wheel could have made contact, but I don't feel anything while driving.
