Brake rotor TSB and extended warranty

I purchased the extended 100k mile warranty when I bought my truck two years ago... I have 54k miles on the truck now and have had it in in the past, probably around 30k miles for the vibration under braking. It's back and just as bad... I'm curious to know if the TSB will be taken care of under my extended warranty or are things like rotors considered normal wear and tear after the standard 36k miles... anyone have any experience with this? I think the dealer should take care of it under warranty... else why did I pay the money for the extra coverage...
Thanks...

It depends on your ESP plan. Some ESPs cover 'em, some don't. If it's a Ford ESP and you've got your VIN handy, shoot me an E-mail or PM and I can check and see if they're covered.
