I have not actualy owned any of their stuff but from seeing it in person, they look cheaply made, and I always hear its a crappy brand.

Ditto, It's the same brand you can by at the flea market or a pawn shop.

Yep, that brings to mind the saying "You get what you pay for". Some times your better off spending a little more and getting a product you know will work for a long time.
