A friend of mine once got egged while rolling down the road at 45-55 mph. The egg flew through the open driver's window narrowly missing his head, and then exploded on the rear window of his SC pickup. It took him months to get the smell out, but I think they did catch the punk that threw it.

Ever since i was 16 ive just been really paranoid of someone tearin up my pickups so i keep a watchfull eye on them. When i hear a car at night i always look out side cause there only 3 or 4 cars that should be commin down this road. im just glad that i saw them and im glad the cops got to them before i did. im just like the rest of you when i get real offended when some one vandalizes my stuff and this pickup is the only thing i have since im only 22 and i still live at home. When i was runnin out the door my mom came in there and was like how do you know you will get the right one, i just said I WILL. i dont know how many eggs they bought but i saw at least 5 cartons in the road.

Great story.

My moms car got egged about 6 mos. ago while she was parked in front of our house. I felt bad for her, but I am thankful that I always park in the garage.

Low and behold they took his license plate number contacted his local pd and got him in some serious trouble. The guy is facing prison time. So be cautious.
Same thing happened to myself here on these forums. I was pulled over, shared the story and some macho rent-a-cop used his badge to get some info from my local PD for something I said on here. I'd imagine it's all deleted by now but the amount of time this guy had cracks me up. Moral of the story is, don't trust these forums.

As for the egg, I was egged and with my window cracked, the entire egg was ALL over the floorboard/carpet. That was a mother to clean out, consider yourself lucky. I had to whip out the Bissel Big Green Machine

A couple of months ago I was walking into target when a van load ful of kids rolled by, opened the slider door and threw 3 eggs at my, one hit me right in the face.I wanted to kill em, i ran after them but with all the egg in my face it was kinda hard to see. I dont think I was ever that mad in my entire life.

Last night on the news here in L.A. there was a story about 2 punks trying to break into a truck which happened to be owned by an Ultimate Fighter! It turns out he kicked the side of their car in when it was speeding away with one of them but luckly he caught the other guy and said he "gently" restrained him until the police arrived! He said he had the punk in a sleeper hold! That would have been great to see! I bet that punk would have liked to tap out!

Yeah, when you're going down the road it really does some damage. In my 98' F150 some little a-holes hit me with an egg and it left a perfect impression of the egg in the form of scratches and the paint was removed down to the metal in places! The place where the egg had hit and then sprayed was perfectly etched on the driver-side of my trucks bed.

To bad we were going down a busy two-lane road and they were coming from the other direction when they hit me...it was impossible to find them.
