Leather done, Thanks ChrisAdams

The leather in my Scab is finally done and a big thanks goes to Chrisadams for the write up he had on doing the swap. All I have to do now is let the sun heat them up a little to get them tight. Here are the completed pics:

I also need to thank Goslow for the write up on the 20 section!

Here are a few that may help. I can link more or post any hintsw if need be.
Chris had to remove the front seats. I left mine in the truck and just removed the seat bottoms. If you leave them in remove the bottoms first it gives you more room. I learned that the hard way.

I purchased mine off of ebay. I was planning on buying a set like this from katskinz for around $750. They have many different styles that you can get. There are others that deal with these leathers.

Ernster, I didn't get a pic of it done because that was the only thing I broke was the soft piece around the cupholder. I can post one tommorrow. It still looks great!

You dont remove the rings the material will go around it, just do it gently, you dont want any rips.

Another tip to the people installing the oem seat covers... in place of the hog rings 20Lb test seems to work really good, just wrap around the rods 3 times and tie a couple of knots on each slot and your good to go.
