Check out the links I posted, if I remember right you have to push a tab with a screwdriver and pull it out. It has been awhile I can't really recall all the details.

Ernster, I didn't get a pic of it done because that was the only thing I broke was the soft piece around the cupholder. I can post one tommorrow. It still looks great!
