Do you get a feedback signal above 45? My fan freewheels due to the air coming through the radiator. It is enough to power the led lights that i have for mine. Not a big problem for me, but was wondering about yours. VERY clean install BTW..

I did this last night before the track today, so I could turn them both on between runs. Pretty handy little trick! I like where you put the switch. Mine is right beside this switch for the R-cam.

It is in front of the driver's seat to the right, on the center console below the shifter. Out of sight and easily accessable. I might just put the fan switch where you did so I can see the LED. What's cool with the LED switches is the LED can serve 2 purposes. I wired mine to the relay 12V+ when on (pin 87 I believe) and ran the switch to 12V so when switched they will run constantly. And when the fan is already on, the output wire will be 12V so the LED in the switch will light up indicating the fan is on even if the switch is off.
