Dual 10W7s up and running!!!! PICS
Bryan...YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!
But I guess you already knew that. I wanted to do 2 8W7's under there, but with 4 kids ages 8 and under that ride back there....that's just asking for trouble.
It looks GREAT and will be even better when you get the grills on.
Envy doesn't even BEGIN to describe how I feel right now.

Maybe I ought to design, build and sell them, huh?

I Wonder around how much it would cost for 2 8 w7'w or w6's even. JL's are my favorite. So let me know if your serious about building another box because I'd be interested in letting you do so. hehe
Thanks everyone for the comments!!! I appreciate it.
I don't think I'm gonna be building boxes for a couple of reasons.
1. I have other projects I want to do with my truck, like I have a set of Lariat flares that need to be sanded and PTM my truck. I have put this out...If someone is in Paint & Body and willing to paint my flares I'll pay for and build them a box.
2. I don't think anyone would want to pay enough to compensate the time I put into it. I wouldn't want to cut myself short. Supplies would cost at least $75 if not more. You're looking at a sheet of MDF, liquid nails, screws, t-nuts & screws, spray on deadener, liner or carpet, etc....
3. Contrary to popular belief, my box isn't "perfect". LOL It has some cosmetic flaws like a couple of the cuts didn't fit completely flush. LOL But you cant see it when in the truck and who cares, it's for me and not a paying customer.
4. My spare time is limited. I'm in the military and assigned to a San Clemente Island (small island off the coast of SoCal). I'm usually out there during the week and home on the weekends. Plus, I have 3 kids 2 of which that are active in sports and take up my weekends.
I don't mind helping someone though...especially if you live close to me.

BTW, I am interested in the mini version of my box with 8W7s in it. I would need a truck w/o a seat lift because I'm definately not pulling out my box and seat lift to figure it out.
It wont be for me...I'm happy with what I have (for now) LOL, but curious to see if I can get it to work.

It's getting custom fabbed from a wood shop back east. I don't have the dimensions, but if you want, i could tell them to email them to me. i would imagine they could do that
I cannot wait to hear how they sound! Say, what kind of amp is running your W7s? I was going to get the JL 1000/1, but money is strapped with me right now, so i decided to run the Hifonics Brutus BX1000D amp..
