For some reason I knew I should of taken care of shipping the PCM out to Whipple. They didn't get to it till this morning, so we are looking at Friday at the earliest now. I'm more upset at the fact I told them I could take care of shipping it and they said they could take care of it.

Maybe I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, but with the weekend creeping up on us, I don't want to have to wait through that as well. I guess I'm probably just being impatient, but I feel obligated to all of you to hurry up and post some video and dyno numbers. This urgency is in the name of F150online, not my own personal gain!

Yea, right.

Nor can I wait for your whipple, you better intercept that package and drive it's *** one way to Whipple Inc. Have you seen the way those big trucks drive (guess not or you'd be on top of this)? Anyways, I too am hoping by the weekend I will have the wheels and tires for my lift (37's on 20's) but that would require luck, I'm not Irish. Good luck.

How much are they?

I'm also anxious to see what will happen to your mileage.

They are around $5700 for a tuned version, but you can buy a tuner version (where you buy and have your truck tuned by someone else) for around $5400.

I bought mine through www.lethalperformance.com
Talk to Jared there, he is the man. Here are a few things they have done for me since I purchased the supercharger...

The supercharger arrived with some very minimal damage. One side of the box had two holes on one side, and one on the other. Two screws poked through and had some marks on them, and the reservoir tank for the intercooler antifreeze had a broken tab. Jared got ahold of Whipple, and they overnighted me the replacement parts.

Jared has taken all my questions about the supercharger and either knew the answer, or had an answer from Whipple within MINUTES. I'm not talking later in the day, I'm talking immediate response. He's probably tired of hearing all my questions, but some of my questions had to do with extreme cold conditions that I will be in back up north in Alaska, and about tuning.

Jared also helped coordinate shipping the PCM to and from Whipple from my installer. I had questions about slightly modifying the tune, and Jared took care of it through Whipple. I was told they shipped it back today, so the installers should get it tomorrow.

I got a call from one of Jared's coworkers out of the blue giving me a heads up on the PCM details.

Lethal performance is a class act company, one that several other companies should take notes from on how to treat their customers. I'm not gaining anything by floating their boat, but I hope that I can bring business to them because they deserve it... they earn it. Whipple is also an excellent company, with great customer service and a top notch product. The performance shop doing my install said that they have done a lot of Whipples in the past, but this is by far the best kit they have seen.

All I can say is so far I've been more than happy with Whipple and Lethal Performance. There is a little room for improvement on my installers side, but I'm being understanding because they are slammed with work. I can only sit back and hope that my install will be complete and the PCM will be in their hands sometime tomorrow so I can have my truck for the weekend. Dyno numbers will come shortly after I can pull myself from the captains chair.

As mentioned before, great customer service is a lost art and those who are responsible for the great service are a dying breed. Glad to hear.
